- Perishable goods, personal care items, and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return, unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

- Provide your order number, item details, and a brief description of the issue. Photos can help us assess your request more efficiently.

3. Processing Your Refund
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 3 to 7 business days via your original payment method, or as otherwise agreed upon.
- Exchange items will be shipped promptly after verification, subject to stock availability.
4. Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will cover all return shipping costs.
- For other reasons, customers may be responsible for shipping fees associated with returns or exchanges.
5. Non-Refundable Items
- Gift cards, downloadable products, and items on clearance or marked as final sale are not eligible for refund or exchange.
